Role & responsibilities
Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and customer needs
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to stay informed about industry developments.
Identify potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, online research and Tele Calling.
Qualify leads and set up meetings or calls with prospective clients.
Build and maintain robust relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the companys hardware and IT solutions.
Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations.
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to align efforts and ensure a cohesive approach.
Provide feedback to the product development team regarding customer needs and market demands.




Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.
Prepare regular reports on business development activities and performance metrics.

Preferred candidate profile
Candidate with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Candidate who is willing to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate having basic knowledge of Cyber Security products and IT hardware solutions.
Experience in IT sales / business development will be an added advantage.
Ability to build solid client relationships and handle client queries professionally.
Positive negotiation and convincing skills with a result-oriented approach.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Candidate who is self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
Willingness to travel for client meetings if required.
