SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role)
The Chief Architect leads and manages a design team to deliver high-quality architectural designs and solutions, collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and preferences. This role involves mentoring and guiding team members, supporting business units in developing future projects and strategies, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. The Chief Architect ensures designs meet industry standards and regulations, facilitates effective communication among stakeholders, and drives business growth.

SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES
Conceptualization and Design
Develop cutting-edge and functional design solutions that meet client needs and project objectives.
Lead the design process for architectural projects, including concept development, schematic design,



design development, and construction documentation.
Ensure that designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements.
Incorporating sustainable practices and materials into designs to minimize environmental impact and promote energy efficiency.
Staying abreast of evolving architectural trends, technologies, and ecological concerns to continuously innovate and adapt to the changing demands of society.

Client consultation
Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and requirements.
Address client feedback and incorporate changes into the design as needed.

Leadership and Team Development
Ability to lead group of 10 to 15 Architects and Cad Architects.
Foster a cooperative and creative work workplace. Delegate tasks effectively and manage workload distribution within the team.
