Job Title: LTP OT Nurse

Location: Fortis Escorts Heart Institute, Okhla, Current Delhi

Experience: 1 to 5 Years

Job Responsibilities
Prepare the Operation Theatre before surgical procedures.
Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and the OT team during surgeries.
Ensure OT instruments and equipment are sterilized and available.
Responsible for ensuring accurate billing and charging of all surgeries, including OT procedures, consumables, implants, and related services, in accordance with hospital policies and established protocols.
Maintain infection control and patient safety protocols.
Monitor patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.
Maintain OT records and documentation accurately.




Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team for smooth OT operations.
Follow hospital policies, quality standards, and NABH guidelines.

Eligibility
GNM or B.Sc. Nursing.
Valid State Nursing Council Registration.
15 years of Operation Theatre (OT) experience.
Knowledge of OT protocols, aseptic techniques, and infection control.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced OT environment.
Solid clinical and patient care skills.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
