Job Purpose
This position is the primarily responsible for managing Application Maintenance and Development of Karvy projects on an ongoing basis with the help of internal stakeholders. Additionally this position is responsible for managing day to day issues, monitoring of service uptimes, issue resolution and problem management.This position is also responsible for Management of Service Level Agreements and Service Level Objectives at both Program and Project Level.

Render Dashboards and Reports formats for effective monitoring of Program
Monthly reporting to stakeholders using dashboards and reports
Monitor the functioning of Project Management Tool ( RTC) to ensure it meets the requirements end to end.
