Role & responsibilities :
Provide comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients.
Monitor and record vital signs, patient progress, and clinical observations.
Administer medications, IV fluids, injections, blood products, and treatments as prescribed by the treating physician.
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, emergencies, and surgeries.
Maintain accurate nursing documentation in the Hospital Information System (HIS) and patient records.
Prepare patients for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control protocols.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and participate in CPR and Code Blue activities.
Educate patients and their attendants regarding treatment plans, medications, diet,



and discharge instructions.
Coordinate with doctors and allied healthcare specialists to ensure quality patient care.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and availability of nursing equipment and supplies.
Follow NABH guidelines, hospital policies, and nursing standards.
Perform shift handovers effectively and maintain continuity of patient care.

Educational Qualification
GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) or
B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing
Valid State Nursing Council Registration (Mandatory)
