Roles and Responsibility

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
Conduct field visits to monitor collections, identify issues, and provide solutions.
Analyze data and reports to inform collection decisions and optimize processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in collection management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of collection principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent communication,
