Roles and Responsibility
Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels.
Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from beneficiaries and stakeholders.
Resolve issues promptly and professionally while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and enhance service delivery.
Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Identify areas for improvement and suggest process enhancements.

Job Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for interacting with diverse groups.
