Sales & Business Development
Drive territory sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
Develop the assigned territory by acquiring recent EPCs, solar installers, contractors, dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
Generate current business prospects while ensuring repeat business from existing customers.
Expand SunStore's customer base through proactive field sales and market development activities.

Channel Partner Development
Identify, onboard, and nurture high-potential channel partners.
Build long-term relationships with EPC contractors, solar installers, distributors, and dealers.
Educate partners about SunStore's products, pricing, financing options, and digital platform.
Increase partner engagement and improve customer retention.

End-to-End Sales Management
Own the complete B2B sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.




Coordinate with Operations, Category, Supply Chain, Credit, and Customer Success teams for smooth order fulfillment.
Ensure timely collections, customer follow-ups, and issue resolution.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM updates.

Market Intelligence
Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer requirements.
Share actionable market insights with leadership and product teams.
Identify emerging business opportunities within the renewable energy market.
Develop local dealer and installer networks to strengthen market presence.

Performance Management
Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Prepare territory reports, sales forecasts, and business reviews.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term relationship management.
