Job Summary: We are looking for a energetic and organized Event Manager to oversee the planning and execution of events that promote our building material products. The ideal candidate will have experience in event management and a robust understanding of the industry. You will be responsible for creating engaging events that attract customers/vendors, enhance brand visibility, and drive sales growth in PAN India.

Job Location : Corporate Office ,Newtown , Kolkata

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and coordinate events such as trade shows, product launches, and customer seminars focusing on building material products sales

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop event goals and strategies that align with business objectives

Manage event budgets, including securing sponsorships and negotiating contracts with vendors and venues

Create detailed event plans, timelines, and schedules, ensuring all aspects of the event are executed flawlessly

Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio/visual needs, transportation, and accommodations





Develop promotional materials and communication strategies to maximize event attendance and engagement

Evaluate the success of each event through metrics and feedback to make improvements for future event

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, suppliers, and industry partner

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for future event

Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in event management, particularly in trade/retail/channel sales environments, preferably within the building material or steel industry.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

Robust communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with div
