Client Support Activities:
Handling client queries related to:
Trading accounts
Demat accounts
Ledger and holdings
Margin and fund balances
Payouts and settlements
Providing support through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Assisting clients in login, password reset, and platform-related issues.
Resolving complaints and escalating critical matters to concerned departments.
Stock Broking Support:
Assisting clients in Equity, Debt, and other market segment activities.
Supporting clients for order-related queries and trade confirmations.
Coordination with dealers and RMS teams regarding trading issues.
Guiding clients regarding contract notes, margin statements, and ledger reports.
Skills and Knowledge
Solid knowledge of Trading & Demat Account Operations
Robust Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Attention to Detail and Accuracy in Client Support Activities
Problem-Solving & Complaint Resolution Skills
