Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations in our textile manufacturing unit. The role involves supervising production processes, managing workforce efficiency, ensuring product quality, maintaining safety standards, and achieving production targets while minimizing wastage.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily textile production activities, ensuring smooth and effective operations.
Monitor production output to meet quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
Manage operators and shop-floor workers, assigning duties and monitoring performance.
Ensure adherence to quality standards at every stage of the manufacturing process.
Coordinate with production planning, quality assurance, maintenance, and warehouse teams for seamless operations.
Monitor machine utilization and coordinate preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Ensure proper use of raw materials and reduce process wastage.




Maintain production records, shift reports, and inventory usage reports.
Enforce workplace safety, housekeeping (5S), and compliance with company policies.
Train current employees and promote continuous improvement in productivity and quality.
