Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements, system specifications, and design documents to develop comprehensive test plans, test strategies, and test cases
Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks (UI, API, and backend testing) and write robust, reusable, and scalable automated test scripts
Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium and Playwright.
Design and execute manual test cases including functional, regression, integration, interface, and environmental testing.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify test scenarios, automate test cases, and ensure complete test coverage.
Analyze test results, log defects, and track resolution using defect management tools.
Participate in Agile activities including sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups.
Validate bug fixes and perform collateral impact testing.
Continuously improve test frameworks, processes, and automation coverage.
Support and mentor QA team members on testing best practices.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards, procedures, and policies.
Plan and manage testing activities in line with project timelines and delivery schedules.





Qualifications Experience
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in Software Testing and QA
3+ years of experience in test Automation.
Experience in the Oil Gas industry is preferred.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, WebDriver, or Appium.
Robust programming skills in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar languages.
Experience with automation frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or NUnit.
Valuable understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP protocols, and web technologies.
Experience with Git and version control practices.
Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Preferred
ISTQB, Certified Selenium Professional, or equivalent testing certifications.
