We are looking for a Field Supervisor based in Noida, India, with 1 to 2 years of experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on environment and can effectively lead teams while ensuring job tasks are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Coordination: Oversee a team of field workers to ensure they are on task and performing their duties effectively. You will regularly communicate with your team to coordinate daily activities and provide guidance.
Site Monitoring: Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress and ensure that work is being done according to company standards. Your presence will help identify any challenges early on, allowing for timely solutions.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of work progress and report daily to management. This includes documenting challenges faced by the team and suggesting improvements to enhance productivity.
Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed in office.



This includes training team members on protected work practices to prevent accidents and injuries.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must have completed at least the 10th grade and possess a solid ability to communicate effectively. You should be organized, proactive, and capable of problem-solving in dynamic environments. A good understanding of fieldwork and team leadership is essential, as is the ability to adapt to various situations while maintaining a positive attitude.
