We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused System Engineer (Linux) to provide technical support, system administration, and infrastructure management services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, operating systems, and basic networking issues while ensuring smooth IT operations for end users. Experience with Linux settings and open-source technologies will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Handle hardware & Software related problem
Resolve Basic networking issue like network connectivity and Internet
Configure end-user desktop/Laptop from scratch
Installation and configuration of OS (preferably Windows OS) and other application used by end-user.
Knowledge of Passive network deployment
Co-ordinate with vendor to resolve hardware and software issue.




Understand end-users requirement and suggest appropriate solution or Escalate the call to higher level if not able to provide solution.

Required Skills & Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science, IT, Electronics) / MCA / Diploma in IT or equivalent.
Robust customer handling and communication skills.
Soft-spoken, qualified, and service-oriented attitude.
Ability to work effectively as a team player.

Technical Skills:
Knowledge of Hardware.
Knowledge of Basic software used like Windows 10, Windows 11, MS Office (Office 365 setup) etc.
Basic knowledge of Network connectivity, Network switches and Internet.
Knowledge of TCP/IP Protocol.
Knowledge of Storage and backup will be added advantage.
Knowledge of Linux Operating System and open source-based application will be added advantage.
CCNA/MCSE will be added advantage.
