Roles and Responsibilities
Raw data management and filtration.
Address operational challenges quickly.
Oversea day to day business activities to ensure productive workflow
Work with finance, HR, procurement and other team to achieve business objectives.
Responsible for creating a crucial link between architect client and contractor for smooth running of office and all project.
Maintaining digital and physical project wise record.
Responsible for drafting various contract within each project with contractor workforce client.
Site visit expenses to be cross check and sanctioned.
Keep a check of site visit that meet to be done by design team members, reports of site visit to be shared.
creating a project report digitally that contains all stages with expenditure for analytical data
take weekly reports of team members from the team head and identify weak links for upgradation
Manage business operations, ensuring seamless execution of projects from initiation to delivery.
Keep records of various training sessions, seminars, office educational trips for regular upgradation and progress of members across various teams.
Creating a Timeline for each workforce, stage of construction,



consultant and external bodies and keeping a strict track of timelines and case of loopholes discovered strict actions/ reporting to be done ASAP to the highest authority possible.
All tracking of work in progress to be software based, and well coordinated with Project Engineer(Construction Team) and Lead Architect(Design Team).
Oversee contract management, including negotiating agreements and monitoring performance against contractual obligations.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations to deliver tailored solutions.
Sending various clients and other mails via Resource Manager.
Circulating payments to workforce as per progress made. Keeping a check if proposed amount quoted by design/ construction team is resonating with actual Expenses. Prompt and report to ensure it is for benefit of the company.
Keeping a tract of all expenses daily that are involved in each project. Material, Labour, Tools and Plants, and miscellaneous and get it debited and credited through Finance Manager.
