Conduct data validation testing using databases (DB) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of customer and account data
Design and execute test cases for customer onboarding processes including: Retail Customers Corporate Customers Minor Customers Dummy Customer ( Tatkal) NRE Customers
Validate end-to-end customer onboarding workflows using Finacle
Create and execute test cases for modification of customer data attributes for both Retail and Corporate customers
Design and perform Profile Rule Testing based on defined business parameters and validation rules
Create and execute test cases for Account Opening and Account Modification scenarios
Identify, log, and track defects, and work closely with development and business teams for resolution
