KRA 1 - Key financial deliverables
Leading the execution in Civil Domain for EPC projects for assigned verticals with a portfolio of 500 cr business in EHV Substations upto 765 KV.
Act as a Guide & lead a team of Civil Engineers located at Project sites PAN India
Timely execution and completion of projects within budgeted time & cost.

KRA 2 - Project Management
Must have extensive knowledge and experience of handling and timely completion of large size Civil projects .
Will be independently responsible for the total execution of the project.
Interaction and maintaining valuable relationship with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers would be the main responsibility.

KRA 3 -Productivity & Process Improvement




Responsible for systematic review of projects and regularly apprise top management about the project progression.
Co-ordination with Govt. officials for timely execution and final completion of projects.
Co-ordination at the backend with support functions like engineering, contracts, procurement and finance.

KRA 4 – Organizational Imperatives:
Ensuring 100% safety at the workplace.
Ensure implementation of business excellence, IMS, PMO and Kaizen at project site locations.

Requisite Qualification

Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Degree in Civil Engineering

Requisite Experience

8 years for Degree and 10 years for Diploma in Engineering with relevant experience in Civil Projects for EHV Substations

10 years for Degree and 12 years for Diploma in Engineering in Civil Projects for EHV Substations
