Your recent role
As Senior Manager, Global Medical Affairs, you will lead a team of Global Medical Advisors and a Publications lead based in Bangalore, driving performance, development and execution of key GMA deliverables. Working in close matrix collaboration with GMA Denmark, you will help set direction, deliver strategic initiatives and ensure that the scientific voice of Novo Nordisk continues to translate into meaningful outcomes for patients.
Your responsibilities will include:
People leadership: Drive performance management, resource planning, coaching and career development for the Global Medical Advisors and Publications lead,



while creating an engaged, inclusive team culture where diverse strengths thrive. Organisational development: Shape job design, succession planning and talent management, and contribute to setting direction for the GMA Bangalore department to meet its business targets. Matrix collaboration: Partner closely with Directors and Senior Directors in GMA Den-mark to align on team performance, feedback, project delivery and current prospects for collaboration, representing GMA Bangalore in leadership forums. Strategic initiatives: Drive high-impact projects across GMA and GMA Bangalore in are-as such as AI, medical insights and consumerisation of healthcare.
