Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing audit plans for BA/BE and Phase I studies in coordination with senior personnel.
Support the execution of in-process and retrospective audits for Clinical and Statistical phases under senior guidance.
Prepare and issue audit reports (both in-process and retrospective) with review and approval from senior auditors.
Assist in compliance verification, including review of audit responses and closure activities.
Review draft and final study reports to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
Support issuance of QA authentication for studies.
Aid in conducting System Audits.
Assist in Vendor Audits.
Support Sponsor Audits.
Contribute to trend analysis and quality metrics evaluation.
Manage document control and distribution as required.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by senior auditors or QA leadership.
