EY GDS - Delivery Excellence Senior position

The opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Manager with strong functional knowledge and deep technical expertise across Oracle HCM Cloud.



This role requires hands‑on capability in advanced configurations, technical solution design, integrations, Rapid Formulas, data migration, reporting frameworks, and release management.
As a Manager, you will oversee multi‑module implementations, lead technical‑functional design, ensure architectural integrity, guide consultants, and manage end‑to‑end HCM delivery for complex enterprise environments.
Your key responsibilities
Lead multi‑module Oracle HCM Cloud programs, ensuring high‑quality delivery across functional and technical streams. Define overall HCM solution architecture, covering configurations, integrations, data flows, security, and reporting strategy. Oversee complex technical components including HDL data loads, HCM Extracts, OTBI/BIP, REST/SOAP integrations, and Quick Formulas.
