We're looking for someone who lives and breathes video.
Someone who watches a reel, ad, film, or campaign and immediately starts thinking about how it was made. Someone who understands both the creative side of storytelling and the operational side of making things happen.
You'll lead video production across campaigns, social media, performance marketing, retail, launches, creator collaborations, and everything in between. You'll work closely with the creative, brand, social, performance, and content teams to ensure ideas move smoothly from concept to execution.
You'll be responsible for building systems,
managing production and logistics, improving workflows, and helping PALMONAS create content at both quality and scale.
Lead end-to-end video production across campaigns, social media, performance marketing, retail, and brand initiatives.
Plan and execute shoots from pre-production through final delivery.
Create production plans, call sheets, timelines, shot lists, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
Manage videographers, editors, freelancers, production partners, and external agencies. Plan and conduct the pre-production meetings.
Ensure content is delivered on time and meets creative and brand standards.
Build and improve production workflows that help the team operate efficiently.
Partner closely with creative, brand, social media, and performance marketing teams.
Help develop recent content formats, storytelling approaches, and production methods.
