Roles and Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on all HR related matters,



ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Champion talent management processes, including succession planning, performance management and career development.
Lead employee relations strategies, conflict resolution and grievance management to maintain a positive work workplace.
Oversee compliance with HR policies, labour laws and internal governance frameworks.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture programs that promote organizational values and enhance workforce morale.
Manage HR operations, including policy interpretation, risk management and coordination with legal and compliance teams.
Prepare and present HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support strategic decision-making and audit requirements.
