This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities :

In this role, you will have the prospect to initiate and drive technology, software, product, and/or solution development using in-depth technical expertise in a specific area. Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development (R&D;) for in-depth product or technology-related issues. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting strategic corporate technology management and future product/software/solution architecture.

This role is contributing to the Motion Business Service Division in Bangalore India.

You will be mainly accountable for:
Define and govern the Azure data platform architecture (ingestion, streaming, storage, processing, and serving layers), including data modeling,



data quality, lineage, and lifecycle management to support analytics and IoT workloads.
Own the end-to-end Azure cloud architecture for Powertrain enterprise solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, security standards, and compliance requirements.
Drive cloud adoption, migration, and modernization initiatives, including transformation of legacy platforms to cloud‑native and microservices-based architectures.
Drive integration of Azure solutions with customer systems and third‑party platforms, ensuring secure and scalable hybrid connectivity.
Collaborate closely with solution architect, DevOps, security, and technical team leads to ensure architectural alignment and consistency across product boundaries.
Provide architectural guidance on non‑functional requirements including scalability, performance, availability, resilience, disaster recovery, and cost optimization (FinOps
