Job Title : Travel & Expense (T&E;) Manager

Roles & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Travel & Expense (T&E;) operations, ensuring timely and accurate expense processing.
Oversee policy compliance, internal controls, and audit processes for expense management.
Manage and optimize T&E; systems, including Concur, PeopleSoft, and expense audit automation tools.
Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and workflow standardization.
Administer and optimize the corporate card program, including vendor management and policy compliance.
Monitor service levels (SLAs), expense trends, and corporate card performance to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, and business stakeholders to align T&E; processes with organizational goals.
Provide reporting, analytics, and insights to support decision-making and cost optimization.
Lead, mentor, and develop the T&E; team while driving performance and continuous improvement.




Resolve complex operational issues and ensure high-quality service delivery to internal stakeholders.

Requisites
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Robust experience in Travel & Expense operations and corporate card program management.
Hands-on expertise with SAP Concur, PeopleSoft, and AppZen or similar expense audit tools.
Solid understanding of expense policies, internal controls, compliance, and financial governance.
Experience in process automation, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication abilities.
