Coordinate year-end processes for the Corporate Bank, including promotions and compensation cycles. Support divisional strategy for headcount management, planning, and reporting. Conduct data analysis to generate insights, reports, and compelling presentations that support strategic decision-making. Design and maintain data models and dashboards using MS Excel to support people, finance, and Workday systems. Create high-impact, professional PowerPoint presentations to communicate key messages to senior leadership. Identify and implement process improvements to reduce manual effort and enhance efficiency.
