Responsibilities:
Ensure Compliance:



Continuously monitor and ensure strict adherence to all relevant requirements under applicable tax regulations, both domestic and international. Review & Supervise Tax Filings: Oversee the preparation and review of all Direct and Indirect Tax filings (e.g., GST, Income Tax, Transfer Pricing) to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant submissions. Collaborate for Tax Efficiency: Work closely with the finance team to ensure tax-effective structures in transactions, accurate reconciliations, and the timely recognition of tax provisions. Audit & Internal Controls Oversight: Regularly monitor internal controls and audit mechanisms to proactively identify and address any gaps or discrepancies in tax compliance. Proactive Risk Management: Implement robust systems and procedures to uphold tax compliance, with a focus on mitigating risks and addressing potential tax-related challenges in a proactive manner.
