About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, visually driven, and detail-oriented Video Editor / Graphic Designer / Content Creator to join the marketing team at Mohidin Properties & Holdings. The role will involve editing high-quality video and creating graphic content across our real estate projects, managing our social media platforms, and promotional marketing collaterals creation.

The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in video editing and graphic design,



with an understanding of digital content trends and audience engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

· Edit high-quality videos for YouTube and social media reel content.

· Create static posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

· Design brochures, presentations, advertisements, and marketing collateral.

· Stay updated with social media trends, editing styles, content formats, and creative best practices.

· Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign execution, content planning, and creative direction.

· Organize and manage media libraries, project files, and creative assets efficiently.

Eligibility Requirements:

· Minimum 1–3 years of experience in video editing, content creation, graphic design, or related creative roles.

· Solid understanding of branding, typography, composition, color theory, and digital content aesthetics.
