We are looking for a Counter Sales Executive to join our team in Delhi NCR. This is an entry-level position suitable for individuals who have recently completed their education. You will be responsible for assisting customers and promoting our products effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance: Greet customers as they enter the store, understand their needs, and guide them in selecting products. You will need to create a friendly and welcoming environment to enhance the shopping experience.
Product Promotion: Actively promote and explain the features and advantages of our products to customers. It is essential to have a positive understanding of the items to answer any questions and encourage sales.
Sales Transactions: Handle cash and card transactions accurately at the counter. You will be responsible for providing receipts, processing refunds, and ensuring the cash drawer is balanced at the end of your shift.
Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining the inventory by keeping track of stock levels and helping with restocking when necessary. This includes ensuring products are organized and displayed attractively.
Cleanliness and Organization:



Ensure that the counter area is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. A tidy workspace reflects well on the business and contributes to a positive customer experience.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers. A basic understanding of sales techniques and customer service is beneficial but not mandatory. You should be enthusiastic and willing to learn. Punctuality and a qualified attitude are essential, as well as the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
