About you and this role :
As a Senior Advantages Representative , you will be responsible for the operationalization and transaction of processes in different regions, being accountable for a broad range of benefits processes, as medical plans, savings and pension, and country specific benefits. You will need to idenfity major issues and patterns and find solutions within the established procedures.
You will develop full proficiency in a range of benefits processes and procedures through job-related training and on-the-job experience, under leadership direction.
You will need to understand how multiple teams, across the geos, coordinate efforts and resources to achieve goals and be able to explain complex information to members of your own team and other teams. Time management, pro-activity, organization and sense of urgency are critical skills to be successful on this role, together with strong cultural awareness and analytical thinking.

Acts as primary point-of-contact for advantages inquiries (via phone, chat, and e-Request), identifying and delivering solutions to employees and People Leaders.
