Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred. Solid senior experience in automotive sales, business development, or general management, ideally with a Tier-1 supplier. Proven ability to drive revenue growth, profitability, and execute customer strategies aligned with global roadmaps. Deep understanding of Indian OEMs, market dynamics, and solid commercial and financial acumen.
