We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing processes in Durgapur. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage Production Operations: Oversee daily production activities, ensuring that all processes comply with safety and quality standards to meet production goals effectively.
Supervise Staff: Lead and manage a team of production workers, providing guidance and support to help them perform their tasks efficiently and resolve any issues that may arise.
Monitor Production Schedules: Track production timelines and adjust schedules as necessary to optimize workflow and meet deadlines.
Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures, inspecting the production output to ensure it meets required specifications.
Report on Performance: Prepare and present performance reports to management, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting actionable solutions.

Required Skills and Expectations:





Candidates should have relevant experience of 3 years or more in a production setting. A minimum education of 10th pass is required.
