About the job

Your focus is to define, refine, and embed Seco’s brand strategy and brand framework. You translate strategic direction into a explicit brand position and narrative that guides marketing, communication and experience design across markets and channels. You help evolve a digital‑first, experience‑led brand identity that ensures coherent interactions wherever customers meet us.





Part of your work involves supporting brand integration in M&A; contexts, aligning acquired brands with our architecture and preserving relevant equity. You also lead efforts to measure brand perception and turn insights into actions that strengthen trust and relevance over time. Across all this, you partner closely with teams that activate the brand, making sure governance stays practical and scalable.
