Production Supervisor

Job Description:

We
are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to
oversee the manufacturing process of pressure vessels, reactors, and
heat exchangers . The ideal candidate will have a solid background in
production management, quality assurance, and team leadership in a
high-pressure environment.





Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning & Management:

Plan, coordinate, and monitor
daily production activities to meet project deadlines and quality
standards.
Allocate resources efficiently
to ensure optimal production capacity utilization.

Process Supervision:

Supervise the fabrication,
assembly, and testing of pressure vessels, reactors, and heat exchangers.
Ensure adherence to ASME, API,
and other industry standards.
Troubleshoot manufacturing
issues and implement corrective actions.

Team Leadership:
Quality Assurance:

Collaborate with quality
control teams to ensure products meet stringent safety and quality
standards.
Conduct regular inspections
and audits during various production stages.

Health, Safety, and Workplace (HSE):

Enforce safety protocols to
ensure a safe working workplace.
Address and mitigate risks in
the production process.

Inventory & Material Management:

Manage inventor
