Key Responsibilities
Supervise Production Activities: Oversee daily operations on the production floor, ensuring that all processes are executed efficiently and safely. This includes managing assembly, machining, or fabrication processes. Manage Production Teams: Lead and motivate production staff, assigning tasks based on skills and availability, and ensuring that team members understand their roles and responsibilities. Ensure Quality Control: Monitor production processes to maintain high-quality standards, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions when necessary. Plan and Organize Production Schedules: Develop and manage production schedules to meet deadlines, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve production targets. Implement Safety Protocols: Enforce safety regulations and procedures to create a secure working environment, conducting training sessions and ensuring compliance among all team members. Troubleshoot Production Issues: Identify and resolve production-related problems,



analyzing data and performance metrics to implement improvements and enhance efficiency. Maintain Production Records: Keep accurate records of production outcomes, resource usage, and compliance with safety standards, providing regular reports to upper management. Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with Supply chain, engineering, quality control, and maintenance teams to address production challenges and implement process improvements. Skills Required
Leadership and Management: Ability to lead teams effectively and manage interpersonal relationships. Communication: Robust verbal and written communication skills for transparent directives and reporting.
