Hakke Industries is one of South India’s largest manufacturers of Street Lighting Poles, High Masts, Decorative Poles, Stadium Masts, Flag Masts, CCTV Poles, VMS Gantries, and Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) Structures. With a robust presence across infrastructure, industrial, government, and EPC sectors, we are expanding our sales operations and are looking for a dynamic Internal Sales Manager to lead our Internal Sales Department.

The Internal Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the Internal Sales Team and ensuring timely, accurate, and skilled handling of customer enquiries, quotations, tenders, customer communication, CRM management, and order coordination.

The role requires excellent leadership, commercial acumen, technical understanding, and the ability to work closely with customers, field sales teams, design, estimation, production, planning, purchase, dispatch, finance, and management.





The primary objective is to improve enquiry conversion, quotation quality, response time, customer satisfaction, and sales efficiency.

Lead and manage the Internal Sales Department.

Recruit, train, mentor, and develop Internal Sales Engineers and Executives.

Conduct daily review meetings and weekly performance reviews.

Build a performance-driven sales support culture.
