As a Procurement Operations Executive, you will support the sourcing activities that fuel Colgate-Palmolive’s commercial success. You will assist in managing spend across Media, Digital, Events, and Qualified Services (Business Functions - IT, HR, Admin, Finance, Legal). You will support Procurement Objectives and Initiatives of achieving the savings and the cash target,



completion of vendor related due diligence and compliance, use of AI for effectively and efficiently managing day-to-day job and innovation, updating the MIS trackers, making presentations.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing Support & Execution
RFP/RFI Management: Assist in leading Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes using tools like Ariba .
Tactical Sourcing: Lead smaller-scale sourcing projects for sub-categories such as Events & Activations, Gifting & Merchandising, OOH, Design & Creative, Public Relations, Research, POS Materials, IT Equipments, HR Programs etc
Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence and perform benchmarking to identify recent potential vendors and industry trends
Vendor & Contract Coordination
Onboarding: Facilitate the vendor onboarding process, ensuring all partners sign the Supplier Code of Conduct and meet compliance standards.
