JOB DETAILS

Requirements:
1) Valuable command over verbal as well as written communication in the English language
2) Positive organizational skills, savvy with MS Office and social media platforms.
3) Proactive & effective
4) Proficiency in U.S. English is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
2) Maintaining comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents and reports
3) Performing minor accounting and bookkeeping duties
4) Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders
5) Managing the director’s day-to-day calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
6) Coordinating travel arrangements (both domestic and international) and create trip itineraries
7) Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software to prepare reports and/or special projects
8) Candidate has the flexibility to work from home or any location of their choice.




9) Job Timings: 6.00pm to 3.00am IST
