Overview
We are looking for detail-oriented and proactive Interview Planners to support the execution of interview scheduling during a high-volume event. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating interview schedules, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining transparent communication with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and manage day-to-day interview scheduling activities
Maintain and update planning data in Excel, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with candidates, interviewers, and internal teams to ensure schedules run smoothly.
Identify and proactively resolve planning conflicts, gaps, and last-minute changes.
Monitor schedules in real time and take action to prevent disruptions.
Provide clear and timely communication to stakeholders regarding planning updates and changes.
Key Requirements
Robust working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
Highly organized with solid attention to detail.
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Strong team player with a customer-focused attitude.
