Job Overview:-
Oversee and manage a wide range of administrative operations, statutory compliance activities, Admin services, vendor management, and digital transformation initiatives. The role requires strong coordination skills, analytical capability, and experience in managing contract labor, employee transportation, company vehicle operations, housekeeping services, SAP procurement processes, budgeting, and administrative reporting.

or any relevant degree Minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience in Facility Management & Administration (preferably from Factory background handling at-least 2000 Headcounts) Robust leadership and organizational skills Proven experience in facility management and administrative operations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Solid knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry standards related to facility management. Knowledge of building maintenance practices and safety regulations Define and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and processes for all aspects of facility management operations. Establish a Management Information System (MIS) to track activities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
