Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure smooth functioning of healthcare services by coordinating with medical staff, managing schedules, and maintaining productive workflow.
Financial Management: Handle budgeting, billing, and financial reporting. Monitor expenses to ensure the center operates within budgetary constraints.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations conform to healthcare regulations and standards. Stay updated on legal requirements and implement necessary changes.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise administrative staff. Foster a positive work setting and promote continuous development and training.
Patient Care Coordination: Improve patient experience by implementing effective systems for appointments, follow-ups, and feedback collection.
