Role Overview

We are seeking an Associate Storage & Backup Administrator to join our Infrastructure team.



This role is ideal for candidates with foundational experience or robust interest in enterprise storage and backup technologies, with NetApp storage and Cohesity Backup as the primary focus.

The role offers hands-on exposure to a multi‑vendor setting, solid mentorship, and close collaboration with VMware, OS, Network, and Engineering teams in an open, inclusive, and learning‑focused culture.

Key Responsibilities

Storage & Backup Operations
Administer and support NetApp ONTAP storage systems, including volume provisioning, snapshots, replication, capacity monitoring, and health checks.
Perform day-to-day storage operations such as provisioning, decommissioning, and troubleshooting.
Support backup and recovery operations, primarily using Cohesity, including monitoring backup jobs and performing restore requests.
Assist with administration and monitoring of Dell EMC Unity, HPE MSA, and Dell EqualLogic storage pl
