Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior Video Editor who can craft captivating video creatives swiftly. This role involves more than basic editing; it's about attention to detail, viewer engagement, and conversion. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn quickly, comfortable using AI tools to enhance their creative process, and contribute to a rapid-paced, innovative workplace.
Responsibilities
Create short-form video ads (10–30 seconds) for paid campaigns
Transform gameplay moments, influencer clips, and raw footage into engaging video content
Develop multiple versions for testing, then optimize based on performance
Incorporate captions, motion graphics, sound, and platform-specific elements
Utilize AI tools for idea generation, editing, and variations
Stay updated with trends across Reels, TikTok,



and gaming platforms
What Success Looks Like
Your creatives effectively drive user installs and engagement
Continuous improvement in speed and quality of output
Gaining understanding of what makes advertisements successful
Progressing from simply executing to generating creative ideas
Qualifications & Skills
Creative sense: understanding pacing, hooks, and storytelling
Basic proficiency with After Effects / Premiere Pro
Rapid learner with curiosity about AI and new tools
Open to feedback and eager to experiment with creative concepts
Preferred Extras
Experience in editing videos through college, freelance, or personal projects
Regular consumption and analysis of ads, reels, and short-form content
