About the role:
Design and optimize the refrigeration cycle
Optimize product performance, energy efficiency, and cost through simulation insights.
VRF System design, product performance & qualification as per ISO standards




Apply in-depth knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning cycles for system optimization.
Configure VRF systems including outdoor/indoor unit selection and system balancing.
Perform system performance simulations using MBD (Model-Based Design) methodologies
Work with sourcing team for development of system related parts
Coordinate with design centers for substitution of process/material based on local requirements/availability if required
Support sourcing team to validate vendor process and establish assurance findings to improve reliability over product life cycle
Product Customization as per India business specific requirement
Good knowledge of Engineering changes process
Document control
Drive Value Analysis / Value Engineering initiatives to improve product cost efficiency.

Key Requirement:
Solid knowledge of refrigeration cycles and HVAC fundamentals.
