Description
Perform accurate outpatient surgery coding, including IVR, general surgery, infusion and injection, and radiation oncology.
Apply APC facility coding knowledge as applicable.
Review and complete assigned audits with accuracy, adhering strictly to SOPs.
Meet daily/weekly production and quality benchmarks.
Maintain and update required logs such as productivity and clarification logs.
Communicate effectively with TL/Manager for clarifications and escalations.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OIG and internal policies at all times.
Demonstrate solid written and verbal communication skills.
Work independently with reliability and flexibility in a telecommuting setup.
Identify trends, issues, and contribute to process improvements.

Adhere strictly to all project SOPs and coding guidelines.
Complete assigned coding and audit tasks with high accuracy and within timelines.
Achieve both quality and productivity targets consistently.
Follow project-specific instructions and escalation protocols.




Maintain daily logs including productivity reports, clarification logs, and any required trackers.
Communicate promptly and professionally with managers and team leads.
Identify coding trends, issues, and escalate appropriately.
Comply with HIPAA, OIG, and organizational policies.
Support denial management or auditing activities when required.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Paramedical, or related field.
CPC or CPMA certification (mandatory).
Minimum 3+ years of coding experience in multi-specialty outpatient surgery, IVR, infusion & injection, and radiation oncology.
Knowledge of APC facility coding (preferred).
Robust written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient computer skills and ability to work in a telecommuter setup.
High-speed broadband connection at home with adherence to work-from-home guidelines.
