BHADANIS GULF QUANTITY SURVEYING ONLINE TRAINING FOR CIVIL ENGINEERS , QUANTITY SURVEYORS MEP ENGINEERS , INTERIOR FITOUT ESTIMATION OIL AND GAS
Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects. Analyze materials, labor, and overhead costs to provide reliable budget forecasts.
Tender Management: Assist in the preparation and evaluation of tender documents. Ensure that all submissions are compliant with project specifications and deadlines.
Contract Administration: Support the management of contracts and agreements. Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and cost-control measures.
Site Measurements: Conduct in office measurements and inspections. Gather data to ensure that project work aligns with specifications and quality standards.




Report Preparation: Create detailed reports on project finances and forecasts. Use this information to inform stakeholders of budget status and any potential overruns.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Solid analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for accurate calculations and reporting. Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and Microsoft Excel is necessary to manage data effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are significant for collaborating with clients and team members. A commitment to meeting deadlines and a proactive approach to problem-solving is expected.
