Role Description This is a full time hybrid role for a Fresher Dentist (BDS) residing in Pune East,



primarily based at the Kalyani Nagar clinic with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks such as teleconsultations and follow-up communication. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing clinical examinations, assisting in orthodontic and Invisalign treatments, supporting procedures such as root canals, teeth whitening, scaling and polishing, and basic restorative care under supervision. The role involves preparing and maintaining treatment records, counseling patients on oral hygiene and treatment options, and coordinating with senior dentists to ensure high-quality, protected, and ethical care. The dentist will also help manage patient appointments, support digital consultations, and participate in patient education content, online reviews, and community engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
Completed Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognized institution and eligible for registration with the Dental Council of India.
