Job Title: Closing Manager – Real Estate

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Closing Manager to oversee and manage the end-to-end property closing process. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry and possess robust knowledge of property documentation, legal compliance, customer coordination, and registration procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete property closing process from booking confirmation to possession.
Coordinate with customers, sales, legal, finance, CRM, and banks to ensure timely closure of transactions.
Verify and maintain all property-related documents required for registration and handover.
Schedule and coordinate agreement execution, registration, stamp duty payments, and possession formalities.
Liaise with financial institutions for loan disbursement and ensure timely receipt of payments.
Ensure compliance with all statutory, legal,



and company policies related to property transactions.
Resolve customer queries related to documentation, registration, and payment processes.
Maintain accurate records of customer files, agreements, and transaction status.
Prepare periodic reports on closures, pending cases, registrations, and collections.
Follow up with internal departments to ensure timely completion of all closing activities.
Identify and resolve issues that may delay the closing process.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of real estate closing procedures and documentation.
Good understanding of property registration, home loan processes, and legal documentation.
Excellent coordination, negotiation, and communication skills.
Solid organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
