Role Purpose
TheSenior Data Steward plays a pivotal role in ensuring theaccuracy, consistency, and governance of enterprise data across the Operating Unit.



This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, data standards, and reporting requirements, combined with proactive ownership of data quality issues and remediation activities.
Acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, the Senior Data Steward ensures data requirements are clearly defined, understood, and consistently applied. The role supports reliable decision-making, regulatory compliance, and the successful delivery of Enterprise Data Management (EDM) initiatives, contributing directly toHaleon’soverall data strategy and operational effectiveness.
This position involves extensive cross-functional collaboration and offers the prospect to influence a critical, strategic capability within a complex, multinational organisation.
