We are seeking a skilled Lathe Machine Operator to join our team in Ramol, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 8 years of experience in operating lathe machines and will be responsible for producing precise metal or wood parts.

Key Responsibilities:
Machine Operation: Set up and operate lathe machines to manufacture metal or wood parts according to technical specifications and drawings.
Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Make adjustments as necessary to maintain precision and accuracy.
Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance of lathe machines, including cleaning and lubrication, to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process, ensuring minimal downtime.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet production goals and deadlines while maintaining a safe working environment.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must have a minimum of a 10th-grade education,



with experience in operating lathe machines. Attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills are essential. The ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools is required.
