The Principal Software Engineer plays a critical role in implementing FinThrive’ s technical direction across multiple scrum teams. This positiprincion combines deep hands-on development expertise with architectural influence to guide the design and evolution of scalable, secure, and resilient systems in a up-to-date cloud setting.You will serve as a bridge between architecture strategy and engineering execution—translating architectural vision into implementation best practices, mentoring senior and mid-level engineers, reviewing complex designs, and ensuring adherence to enterprise technical and security standards.

What you will do
Key Responsibilities/Activities:

Architectural Stewardship

Partner with enterprise and solution architect to translate blueprints into actionable engineering plans.
Ensure alignment with scalability, performance, and security goals.
Influence technology selection, maintain design standards, and identify reusable frameworks across teams.

Multi-Team Technical Leadership





Serve as a technical advisor across multiple scrum teams, guiding design patterns, performance optimization, and system integration and unit testing.
Ensure consistency in architectural approaches and coding practices across the organization.

Hands-On Engineering Excellence

Contribute to development using .NET Core, C#, Angular, SQL, ORMs and Azure technologies for complex or cross-cutting features.
Conduct code reviews and design assessments to uphold quality and maintainability.

DevOps and Automation Advocacy

Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines and automation strategy across teams.
Champion observability and reliability through better instrumentation, metrics, and monitoring.

Mentorship and Technical Enablement

Mentor engineers to elevate architectural thinking and design quality.
Facilitate knowledge sharing on system design, cloud-native patterns, and engineering excellence.
